Hi, my name is Ace and this is my face. I created this blog to veer away from all the noise of Facebook and focus on writing in my own world here. I intend to use this space to write for fun, reflection, and spiritual practice.
Fun: I write poetry and fantasy for fun. I love piecing words together to make visuals of my memories, feelings, and experiences. Ideally, I like to write fantasy stories; however, I tend to spend more time creating characters than putting them into action. I’m working on it!
Reflection: Like anyone, I have a lot to process. Six years of therapy was amazing for my mental health, but I’m always looking to reflect and improve my life as I age on this spinning rock. I want to enjoy it as much as I can.
Spiritual Practice: I’m a practicing witch, and I realize that can sometimes make people uncomfortable; but, I’ve never felt at home in a Christian church setting. More power to you if it works for you—truly and sincerely! But my solo spiritual engagement with nature and magick has made me feel so connected and deeply, authentically me.
